Iraq is “over”

So says Tom Hayden:

As the United States completes its withdrawal from Iraq, it is worth pausing to remember the determined peace activists who opposed the war from the start, including one who took up their cause and became president.

On Friday, some of them will gather in Chicago at the Federal Plaza, where in October 2002 Barack Obama, then a member of the Illinois Senate, stepped onto the stage to oppose the looming Iraq war. The plaza should be remembered as the place where the long march to peace began…

In Iraq, peace at last, LA

When Hayden and his ilk caused America to pullout of Vietnam, Cambodia fell as well.

The Khmer Rouge government arrested, tortured and eventually executed anyone suspected of belonging to several categories of supposed “enemies”

It wasn’t that they were anti-war, so much as on the side of America’s enemies. Yes, Viet Cong flags flew during anti-war protests. Hayden was the husband of Jane “Hanoi Jane” Fonda. She who posed with a North Vietnamese AA gun and lied about their beating US POWs. Things never change.

The left hates America. There are no moderate lefties anymore. Most are just commie front groups.

The left did the bidding of their Soviet masters and left Vietnam and Cambodia to rot under the rule of tyrants. If Iran invades Iraq or turns it into the Killing Fields 2.0, they won’t care.
They make a graveyard and call it peace. They will always hate true freedom and democracy.
